Ingredients:
- 1 packet YesYouCan Savoury Snack Mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup (125ml) milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp Gluten Free Vegemite (or to taste)
- 1 cup grated cheese (cheddar or your preferred variety)
- Extra cheese for topping (optional)
Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 180°C (160°C fan-forced) and line a baking tray with baking paper.

In a mixing bowl, combine the YesYouCan Savoury Snack Mix, eggs, milk, and olive oil. Stir until a soft dough forms.

Lightly flour a clean surface with gluten-free flour. Knead the dough gently for 1-2 minutes until smooth.

Roll the dough into a rectangle approximately 30cm x 20cm and 1cm thick.

Spread Vegemite evenly over the surface of the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

Sprinkle the grated cheese generously over the Vegemite layer.

Starting from one long side, roll the dough tightly into a log.

Slice the log into 10–12 even pieces and place them cut-side up on the prepared baking tray.

Top each scroll with a little extra cheese, if desired.

Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.

Allow the scrolls to cool slightly before serving warm.
