I have used this Chocolate cake mix to make mini chocolate donuts in my snack maker. I followed the recipe for making Apple Cinnamon donuts and just added a little extra flour until the mix was the right consistency, about 50g. I cooked them for 2.5 mins and they came out beautifully.
It was my husband's birthday and everyone raved about how delicious they were even though they were gluten free.😋

The cupcakes are really tasty. The texture of the crumb is so good it feels like you're eating a gluten cake. The caramel frosting has a good flavour without being sickly sweet, but I wouldn't recommend using nuttelex (if you need dairy free). Its flavour is overpowering in the frosting. I'll try butter for my next batch.

This would have to be the best gluten free base I’ve ever had. It’s better than any premade bases or mixes I’ve tried. Better than any recipe I’ve tried too. It’s easy to make and once frozen it’s easy to defrost and use it.

Brilliant! Absolutely delicious. Gluten, soy and dairy free but definitely not taste free! A superb alternative for those with intolerances.I made this for an easy Christmas dessert and it was a family favourite that disappeared very quickly

So easy to prepare, light and flavourful. Perfect option for campervans with limited space, just add water. Nice quick breakfast at home too. Lots of apple chunks in the mix and doesn’t taste overly sweet.

An excellent bread, especially for gluten intolerant people like me.
Hard to find on shelves in the country.

I have been buying Yes You Can Pizza and Focaccia Bread mix for a while now. We moved house and I could no longer buy it at the shop, so now I buy 6 at a time online.
It's great. You get two bases in one mix, and it freezes really well.
Hubby isn't in pain, and we can have the topping we want.
Have recommended it to many people who need the Gluten Free mix.
I highly recommend it.

I think this is the best GF Flour available in Australia right now. I've tried a lot, and this gives results similar to gluten flour and with no grittiness or odd flavour.

The red velvet cupcake mix is so easy to make. I have made the cupcakes and more recently a double layer cake using two mixes. Turns out perfect each time, sit back and wait for the compliments.
