Have yet to use this one. I don’t bake with plain flour very often. Will review when I have done so.

Amazing

One of the best gluten free flours I have used yet! Makes fabulous pasta and noodles, very versatile and easy to work with. With some tweaking it makes good pastry. Currently using this flour or combining it with some starches and making gluten free croissants. Makes a decent gluten free sourdough as well. Very impressed with this flour and prefer it for our needs. I’m cooking for my hubby and son who have celiac disease.
