Ingredients:
- 135g dairy free margarine
- 60g caster sugar
- 150g YesYouCan Plain Flour
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180C.
- Cream the margarine and sugar together until light and fluffy.
- Add flour together until combined into one consistency.
- Use your hands to roll heaped teaspoonfuls of the dough mixture into balls.
- Place the balls 3cm apart on a lined baking tray.
- Use a fork to gently flatten.
- Baked for 25-30 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let cool on a wire rack for 30 minutes.
