Shortbread Cookies Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 135g dairy free margarine
  • 60g caster sugar
  • 150g YesYouCan Plain Flour

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C.
  2. Cream the margarine and sugar together until light and fluffy.
  3. Add flour together until combined into one consistency.
  4. Use your hands to roll heaped teaspoonfuls of the dough mixture into balls.
  5. Place the balls 3cm apart on a lined baking tray.
  6. Use a fork to gently flatten.
  7. Baked for 25-30 minutes.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool on a wire rack for 30 minutes.
