Vegan Tart shell
Ingredients:
- 500g YesYouCan Plain Flour
- 75g Brown Sugar
- 175g Butter/Vegan Butter
- 100g Hazelnut Butter
- Sugar 75g
- Maple Syrup 25ml
- 62.5ml Water
- 2g Salt
Directions:
- Bring all dry ingredients and butter to a sandy texture. Add water and form a dough.
- Line tart shells using the dough.
- Bake at 180 °C with Fan for 8 mins with weight and extra 4 mins removing the weight.
- If baking with mince filling- bake at 180 °C with Fan for 15-20 mins until tart is golden brown
- Let it cool on the tray for 15 mins before moving them to a cooling rack.
