Red Velvet Chewy Cookies

Ingredients:
  • 150gm YesYouCan Red Velvet Cupcake Mix 
  • 25gm Eggs
  • 25gm Milk 
  • 45gm Butter 
  • 12ml Buttermilk 
  • 2gm Vanilla Bean Paste 
  • 1g Baking Powder 
  • 25g White Chocolate Chips 

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat oven at 180°C 
  2. Emulsify eggs, butter, buttermilk & vanilla bean paste.
  3. Fold and combine the dry ingredients and the white chocolate chips to form a dough.
  4. Refrigerate for an hour.
  5. Portion 60-65 gm each. Roll into balls and flatten a little on a lined baking tray.
  6. Bake for 8 Mins with fan.
  7. Let it cool on the baking tray for at least an hour and a half then transfer on a cooling rack to cool down completely.
