Ingredients:
- 150gm YesYouCan Red Velvet Cupcake Mix
- 25gm Eggs
- 25gm Milk
- 45gm Butter
- 12ml Buttermilk
- 2gm Vanilla Bean Paste
- 1g Baking Powder
- 25g White Chocolate Chips
Directions:
- Pre-heat oven at 180°C
- Emulsify eggs, butter, buttermilk & vanilla bean paste.
- Fold and combine the dry ingredients and the white chocolate chips to form a dough.
- Refrigerate for an hour.
- Portion 60-65 gm each. Roll into balls and flatten a little on a lined baking tray.
- Bake for 8 Mins with fan.
- Let it cool on the baking tray for at least an hour and a half then transfer on a cooling rack to cool down completely.
