Vegan Cacao Pancake Recipe

This recipe by foodpassionical is all vegan made from YesYouCan Plain Flour and YesYouCan Vegan Egg Replacer. She recommends using coconut oil for a crispier pancake, genius!

INGREDIENTS

  • ​1 cup YesYouCan Plain Flour

  • 1 tbsp YesYouCan Vegan Egg Replacer

  • 1 tbsp baking powder

  • 1 tbsp cacao powder

  • 1 tbsp sugar

  • 1/4 tbsp salt

  • 1 cup plant milk

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

 

DIRECTION

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well, let sit for 5 minutes

  2. Heat coconut oil in pan, spoon one serving of better into heated pan.

  3. Carefully flip when bubbles form in the middle of the pancake.

  4. Cook for another 2 or 3 minutes

  5. Repeat with remaining batter

  6. Serve warm with your favourite fruits
