This recipe by foodpassionical is all vegan made from YesYouCan Plain Flour and YesYouCan Vegan Egg Replacer. She recommends using coconut oil for a crispier pancake, genius!

INGREDIENTS

1 cup YesYouCan Plain Flour

1 tbsp YesYouCan Vegan Egg Replacer

1 tbsp baking powder

1 tbsp cacao powder

1 tbsp sugar

1/4 tbsp salt

1 cup plant milk

2 tbsp coconut oil

1 tsp vanilla extract
DIRECTION

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well, let sit for 5 minutes

Heat coconut oil in pan, spoon one serving of better into heated pan.

Carefully flip when bubbles form in the middle of the pancake.

Cook for another 2 or 3 minutes

Repeat with remaining batter

Serve warm with your favourite fruits
