Golden Butter Waffles

Ingredients:

  • 375g YesYouCan Essential Golden Butter Cake Mix
  • 1 1/2 cups plant based milk
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs or Vegan Egg Replacer

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your waffle maker according to its instructions.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine YesYouCan Essential Golden Butter Cake Mix, milk, vegetable oil, and eggs (or Vegan Egg Replacer).

  3. Stir the mixture until it forms a smooth batter, making sure there are no lumps.

  4. Allow the batter to sit for about 5 minutes to thicken slightly.

  5. Lightly grease the preheated waffle maker with cooking spray or oil.

  6. Pour the batter onto the waffle maker, following the manufacturer's guidelines for the right amount of batter per waffle.

  7. Close the waffle maker and cook the waffles until they are golden brown and crispy.

  8. Carefully remove the waffles from the maker and place them on a wire rack to cool slightly.

  9. Serve the warm cake mix waffles with your favorite toppings, such as fresh fruits, whipped cream, maple syrup, or chocolate sauce.
