Chocolate Mud Cake

YesYouCan Chocolate Mud Cake is a chocolatey fudgy indulgent goodness in a box! Bake it today with just 3 other ingredients. So easy, so delicious 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 450g YesYouCan Chocolate Mud Cake Mix

  • 2 eggs or Vegan Egg Replacer

  • 100ml oil

  • 150ml water


DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 160°C (fan forced) or 180°C (conventional oven).

  2. Grease a round cake tin or spray with vegetable oil.

  3. Add 2 eggs, 100 ml oil, and 150 ml water into mixing bowl then add YesYouCan Chocolate Mud Cake Mix

  4. Fold mixture with a wooden spoon. Scrape down sides of bowl.

  5. Pour batter into cake in and bake for approx. 45-50 minutes. Cake is baked if it bounces back when pressed at the peak of the cake.

  6. Remove from oven. Leave in tin for 10 minutes to cool.
