Ingredients:
- 1 packet Apple & Cinnamon Muffin Mix
- 2 large eggs or Vegan Egg Replacer
- ¾ cup dairy-free milk (like almond or oat milk)
- ¼ cup vegetable oil or melted dairy-free butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- 1 small apple, peeled and finely chopped
- Cinnamon sugar for coating (optional)
Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 180°C. Lightly grease a donut pan or use a silicone donut mold.

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Gradually add the Apple & Cinnamon Muffin Mix into the wet ingredients, stirring until a smooth batter forms. Fold in the finely chopped apple pieces.

Spoon the batter into the donut molds, filling each about ¾ full to allow room for rising.

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the donuts are golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Allow the donuts to cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack. If you like, roll the warm donuts in cinnamon sugar for extra sweetness!
