I have an egg and peanut allergy grandson so have been trying these products, and have been very pleasantly surprised as they all mix up well and the taste is amazing!!! Just taste like a regular mud cake!!!

I don’t cook cakes very often as can be hit and miss. I made the chocolate brownie mix for Christmas and they were delicious. No one could tell they were GF. The only thing I’d say is the mix is thicker than mixes containing gluten but I trusted that all is as it should be and the results were perfect. I plan to make a Black Forest cake with the chocolate mud cake mix. Will do this for a group dinner.

Used the vanilla cupcake mix to make jelly Cakes they were light and moist and everyone loved them

Best Gluten Free banana bread mix we have ever tried.
We have tried others but they cannot compare.
It is especially delicious if ripe bananas are used in the mix as per packet instructions as an option.
What was also great is the excellent service from Yes You Can in respect to ordering and shipping and the range of products that they have available.
Will defiantly purchase again.

It is great getting flour in large amounts. I do a lot of cooking from scratch for my family and find it more convenient buying flour in bulk.

Just wanted to give you some feedback on the gluten free and dairy free vanilla cupcake mix. It is absolutely delicious and so light and fluffy. Gluten free cakes and breads etc are always so dry and heavy as a brick. My husband is coeliac gluten free and dairy free. I am not. I never eat cakes or bread that are gluten free because they taste terrible. I absolutely love these cakes. I believe this is the best cake mix including non gluten free mixes ie white wings, Betty Crocker etc that are in the market. I have introduced this product to so many people. I have told Aldi to never get rid of this product. Well done.
