Ingredients used
- YesYouCan Plain Flour 150gm
- Chicken thighs 100gm
- Yeast 2gm
- Lava Salt a pinch
- Sugar 2gm
- Oil 30ml
- Onions 1
- Tomato 1
- Fresh Coriander for garnish
- Ginger Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Red chilli powder 2gm
- Turmeric powder 2gm
- Coriander powder 2gm
- Garam Masala 2gm
- Butter 50gm
Procedure
- Marinating of chicken
- Marinade the chicken with 15ml oil, ginger galic paste, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala and turmeric powder and rest it in refrigerator for 2-4 hours.
- For the dough
- In a bowl, add flour, sugar, yeast, 100ml water, oil and kneed for a while.
- When it starts to stick, add some salt.
- Kneed the dough until it is in proper shape.
- Let it rest for a while.
- Serving
- Sear the chicken on pan with some oil and then roast it in the oven at 170C for 10-15 mins.
- Let it rest for a while.
- Slice the onions and tomatoes.
- Flatten the dough using a rolling pin in the shape of a flat bread.
- Cook it in a pan with some butter.
- Slice the chicken and prepare the wrap by filling chicken, onions, tomatoes and fresh coriander.
- Roll it and serve hot with Mint Chutney on side.
