Make a Multi Grain Bread in the shape of a French stick! This is perfect to have with soups for a filling and savoury meal.

YesYouCan Multi Grain Bread Mix

2 medium eggs

1 cup lukewarm water
DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven at 180oC (fan forced) or 200oC (conventional).

Place 2 eggs and 270ml (1 cup) of lukewarm water into a mixing bowl then add the YesYouCan Multi Grain Breadmix.

Using an electric mixer, blend on slow speed for 1 minute. Scrape down sides of bowl. Mix on medium speed for further 2 minutes.

Roll the dough into long thick sticks and place them on a non-sticky French pan.

Bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown.

Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
