
- Add 270ml (1 cup) lukewarm water, 7g of yeast and 5g of sugar into the bread tin. Mix and prove for 10- 20 minutes.
- Pour YesYouCan Multigrain Bread Mix and 2 eggs into the bread tin once proving is done.
- Set the program to Gluten Free mode, choose dark crust. This program should take approx: 1 hr 30 minutes.
- Wait until bread cools down before slicing.
- Serve with your favourite spread.
