Who knew that adding matcha to cheese bread could turn out to be so delicious! Just add a tablespoon of matcha powder to YesYouCan gluten free Savoury Snack dough, shape, and bake! Yummy!
INGREDIENTS
- YesYouCan Savoury Snack Mix - P̣ao de Queijo
- 200ml lukewarm water
- 60ml vegetable oil
- 2 medium eggs
- 1 tablespoon matcha powder
- 2 tablespoons honey
DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 160°C (fan forced) or 180°C (conventional).

Pour YesYouCan Savoury Snack Mix into a mixing bowl and add matcha powder, water, vegetable oil, honey, and eggs.

Using an electric mixer (use bread hook for better results), mix on slow speed for 1 minute or until well combined.

Add cheese and mix on low speed for 30 seconds

Oil hands to avoid dough sticking, mould the dough into small balls or sticks (or other shapes).

Place onto an oven tray lined with baking paper

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown
