Golden Caramel Blondies

Ingredients:

  • 450g YesYouCan Golden Caramel Cupcake Mix
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoons plant-based milk
  • 1 large egg (or Vegan Egg Replacer)
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C and grease or line a 9×9-inch baking pan and set aside.
  2. Mix together cake mix, vegetable oil, plant-based milk, egg (or Vegan Egg Replacer, and vanilla extract. Note that batter will be stiff after mixing.
  3. Transfer batter to the lined/greased baking pan and spread evenly with a rubber spatula. Add your preferred toppings
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool completely before cutting blondies into 9 squares.
