We made a delicious, totally VEGAN banana bread! Hint: we used our Vegan Egg Replacer and it was absolutely delicious. 🍞🍌
Ingredients:
- YesYouCan Banana Bread Mix
- YesYouCan Vegan Egg Replacer
- 170ml water
- 80g margarine
- toppings of your choice, we chose cinnamon, walnuts, bananas
Directions:
- Combine Banana Bread Mix, 170ml water, 80g margarine, and egg replacer in a bowl
- Mix with a whisk until well combined
- Slice a banana in half lengthwise
- Pour bread batter in a tin and lightly sprinkle with cinnamon
- Top with halved banana
- Bake for 45-50 minutes at 160C fan forced oven
- Cool completely before slicing
- Serve and enjoy!
