Gluten Free Custard Cookies Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 1/2 cups YesYouCan Self Raising Flour

  • 125g room temperature butter or margarine

  • 1/2 cup caster sugar

  • 1/4 cup milk

  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup gluten free custard powder


DIRECTIONS: 

  1. Preheat oven to 180C, line baking trays with baking paper

  2. Beat butter, sugar, custard powder, and YesYouCan Self Raising Flour until creamy and pale. Add milk and vanilla. Beat until combined.

  3. Roll dough into balls. Place on baking trays, leaving 5cm space between each ball.

  4. Press dough with floured fork.

  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until light golden.
