INGREDIENTS:

450g YesYouCan Chocolate Mud Cake Mix

2 eggs or Vegan Egg Replacer

100ml oil
-
150ml water
DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 160°C (fan forced) or 180°C (conventional oven).

Grease a round cake tin or spray with vegetable oil.

Add 2 eggs, 100 ml oil, and 150 ml water into mixing bowl then add YesYouCan Chocolate Mud Cake Mix

Fold mixture with a wooden spoon. Scrape down sides of bowl.

Pour batter into cake in and bake for approx. 45-50 minutes. Cake is baked if it bounces back when pressed at the peak of the cake.

Remove from oven. Leave in tin for 10 minutes to cool.
