Choc Fudge Brownie Skillet

Ingredients:

  • 1 x YesYouCan Choc Fudge Brownie Mix
  • 80g melted dairy free margarine or butter
  • 2 eggs or YesYouCan Vegan Egg Replacer
  • 1 x 20cm (8-inch) oven-safe skillet

Optional toppings:

  • Vanilla ice cream
  • Chocolate or caramel sauce
  • Strawberries or berries

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan forced) and lightly grease a 20cm (8-inch) oven-safe skillet.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine melted margarine and eggs (or vegan egg replacer).
  3. Add the YesYouCan Choc Fudge Brownie Mix and fold mixture gently with a wooden spoon until fully combined and smooth.
  4. Pour brownie batter evenly into the prepared skillet and smooth the surface lightly.
  5. Bake for approximately 18–22 minutes or until the edges are set but the centre remains slightly soft and fudgy.
  6. Remove skillet from oven and allow brownie to cool for 5–10 minutes.
  7. Top with scoops of vanilla ice cream and drizzle with chocolate or caramel sauce if desired.
  8. Serve warm straight from the skillet for the ultimate cosy dessert experience.
