Ingredients:
- 1 x YesYouCan Choc Fudge Brownie Mix
- 80g melted dairy free margarine or butter
- 2 eggs or YesYouCan Vegan Egg Replacer
- 1 x 20cm (8-inch) oven-safe skillet
Optional toppings:
- Vanilla ice cream
- Chocolate or caramel sauce
- Strawberries or berries
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan forced) and lightly grease a 20cm (8-inch) oven-safe skillet.
- In a mixing bowl, combine melted margarine and eggs (or vegan egg replacer).
- Add the YesYouCan Choc Fudge Brownie Mix and fold mixture gently with a wooden spoon until fully combined and smooth.
- Pour brownie batter evenly into the prepared skillet and smooth the surface lightly.
- Bake for approximately 18–22 minutes or until the edges are set but the centre remains slightly soft and fudgy.
- Remove skillet from oven and allow brownie to cool for 5–10 minutes.
- Top with scoops of vanilla ice cream and drizzle with chocolate or caramel sauce if desired.
- Serve warm straight from the skillet for the ultimate cosy dessert experience.
