I was charged a $20 shipping fee to send this item separately! So I ended up with a $25 packet on buttermilk pancakes!!!!! No way is that okay!!!!! Disgusting and I won’t be ordering this again.

I have just tried your mix for the first time and loved how fluffy and tasty they are!! So happy!!
I have a question: the package says it makes up to 12 pancakes (yay!) but it’s only one of me; can I save it in the fridge once I have shaken it? If so, for how long?
Thanks so much, keep producing such amazing products!
Paula!!

Hi Paula
Thanks for your email and very pleased that you enjoyed our Pancake.
My suggestion if you are using 1 person is to tip the dry mix from the bottle into a mixing bowl. Assume about 25g per pancake.
Add 1:1 water so if 2 pancakes add 50g of water.
Mix until uniform batter and no lumps.
