GANACHE:Sugar, Tapioca Starch, Cocoa Powder (6%), Burnt Sugar.

Easy to make, delicious and everyone loves it!

Made this cake twice now using sunflower oil and egg-replacer. It’s delicious and rich and moist. The taste is sweet but not too sweet. There’s a lovely aftertaste too, like cocoa. The ganache icing takes a few times in the microwave and mixing but comes out really good in the end. I ordered a whole box more but I think the local IGA also sells them too. The best thing is that the mix is dairy, egg, gluten and also soy free! I have a soy intolerance and it’s so difficult to find anything without emulsifiers! Thank you soooo much for going the extra mile to make something I can enjoy too! Love it!

Delicious!

This cake is so good, so moist and so easy to make. I can't believe it's gluten free. Would recommend and will definitely buy again. I also thought it didn't have much icing when i first made it, but as your eating its actually delicious with the amount and perfect for any occasion.
