YesYouCan Multigrain Bread Mix is both delicious and healthy. It's made with whole grains for added fibre and contains sunflower seeds and linseeds for Omega 3. It's very easy to bake, no kneading or proving required. It can be easily baked in a loaf pan in the oven or in a bread maker if you prefer. You will be amazed how long it stays fresh!

My favourite easy to bake GF Loaf

I have been buying this bread mix for almost two years, firstly from a retail store, and then directly from "Yes You Can". It's so easy to prepare and bake, either in the oven or the bread machine.
I add the 'optional' extras as well as more seeds, and have it down to a fine art, with the results consistently good.
Sometimes I buy the 5kg bags, and other times I buy boxes of 6, so I never run out of bread mix.

Thank you so much for sharing this! It’s awesome to hear you’ve mastered the bread mix and made it your own with those extra seeds and ingredients. We love that you’re always stocked up and ready to bake! Here’s to many more delicious loaves ahead!

Multi Grain Bread Mix

My husband is the Coeliac and I am the cook! He really enjoys the flavour and the light, soft texture of this mix either in the form of a loaf of bread or bread rolls and I find them quick and easy to make. Well done YESYOUCAN!

Best gluten free bread mix

This is by far the best gluten free bread mix I've tried. It baked up so well in the bread maker. The bread is soft, holds together, and could be eaten straight, without having to toast. It froze well and retained its softness when defrosted. What a Christmas treat eating ham and cheese sandwiches on such soft tender gluten free bread!!!!

Bread

I am so very impressed with this product. Not only was it very easy to make (I included yeast as well) but it had a lovely flavour and, best of all, a soft beautiful texture - better than many loaves of normal bread. Thank you!
